On the occasion of the National Flag Day a solemn flag-raising ceremony accompanied by the National Anthem of Ukraine was held on the territory of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland.

Before the ceremony Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in Finland Mykhailo Iunger addressed with a welcoming speech the staff of the Embassy and the representatives of the Ukrainian community. He congratulated the participants on the holiday, recalled the main milestones in the history of the Ukrainian State Flag and called upon to honor the flag, which is the symbol of the invincibility of Ukrainian people, our victories and pride.

May our blue and yellow flag always proudly fly over Ukraine and inspire all of us in the common cause of building our state!
