As part of a working trip to the easternmost region of Finland, North Karelia, Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova spoke at the annual general meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of North Karelia at the invitation of the General Director of the organization Antti Toivanen.

During her address to representatives of business and municipalities, the Ambassador thanked for the consistently strong support of our state by the Finnish business sector since the very beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation.

Olga Dibrova also welcomed the high level of interest of Finnish companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine and called to consider the possibility of investments in Ukrainian regions.

"We are confident about the effectiveness of the future expanded partnership between Ukraine and Finland, combining the best practices and potentials of both countries. The broad involvement of Finland in the reconstruction of our state opens up many opportunities for the Finnish private sector and will help us build a qualitatively new EU member state, in particular, with the help of unique Finnish technologies and solutions in the fields of education, "green transition" and research and development," said Ambassador.
