The event, organized by the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland at the
University of Helsinki, brought together legal professionals, particularly those in administrative justice, as well as experts and scholars from across the country to discuss pressing current issues in both the legal field and the global agenda.
"Holding Russia accountable for its unprovoked aggression against Ukraine is not just a matter of justice for our country; it is a matter of international law and global security. Russia’s war of conquest has not only violated Ukraine’s sovereignty but has also shaken the very foundations of international law. Justice in this case is not merely an option—it is an absolute necessity," Ambassador emphasized in her speech.
History teaches us that when aggression goes unpunished, it repeats itself. We thank Finland for all its efforts to hold Russia accountable and to ensure a just and lasting peace in Ukraine and Europe.
