On April 15, 2024  at Nefco headquarters in Helsinki, two Grant Agreements were signed between NEFCO, Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund - E5P, and the Ukrainian cities of Chortkiv and Vinnytsia for the implementation of two important projects:

Ukraine appreciates the long-term efforts of NEFCO and EP5 in promoting investments in #energyefficient and #environmentalprojects in Ukraine. This work becomes even more critical today, when Ukraine, together with its partners, is undertaking a major reconstruction effort to restore the destroyed infrastructure to a better and more sustainable way than it was. This is a far-sighted approach that meets the obligations and strategy of Ukraine as a future member of the European Union.

Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland and Iceland expresses its gratitude to all donors and teams that worked on the projects. Such projects make a significant contribution to the #greentransition of Ukraine, as well as to the stability and resilience of Ukrainian communities in the face of the severe consequences of Russia's brutal aggression against Ukraine.
