The Embassy of Ukraine in Finland is pleased to announce the annual Ukrainian Film Days Festival 2021 to be held in Helsinki from 12-14 November 2021 at Cinamon REDI (Hermannin rantatie 5, Redi Shopping Centre).
This year’s festival will showcase three Ukrainian modern films released during 2020-2021, as well as one of the best Ukrainian films in the history of cinema - The White Bird with a Black Mark to be screened on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the birth of Bohdan Stupka, a prominent Ukrainian actor.

1. Stop-Zemlia / стоп-земля by Kateryna Gornostai
Friday, November 12
17:30 – opening ceremony and welcome drink
19:00 – screening of the movie
21:00 – Q&A session with the film director Kateryna Gornostai

2. The White Bird with a Black Mark by Yurii Illienko
Saturday, November 13, 4:00 pm.
The screening is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Bohdan Stupka, a prominent Ukrainian actor.
The film will be presented by the Dovzhenko film studio photographer Alexander Bronstein.
