Congratulations to Dnipro and Helsinki for initiating cooperation!

Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov and Mayor of Helsinki Juhana Vartiainen signed an agreement on cooperation between the cities with the participation of the Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova.
"Ukrainian and Finnish municipalities are powerful participants in our joint struggle for a peaceful, civilized future. From the first hours of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, the city of Helsinki has resolutely and consistently supported Ukraine, provided assistance to our state and Ukrainian citizens. The partnership between the Dnipro and Helsinki will open numerous opportunities for cooperation for victory in the war and reconstruction of Ukraine," the Ambassador said.
On the agenda of the stay of representatives of the Dnipro City Council in Helsinki:

discussion of future cooperation,

planning of joint projects within the framework of #TwinCity,

meetings with Finnish business,

familiarization with the administration system of the Finnish municipality,

the work of the educational sector and the complex of civil protection of the population.
The initiation and development of cooperation between #Dnipro and #Helsinki takes place with the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland and Iceland.
