On December 1, 2023, a presentation of a delegation of Ukrainian startups that took part in the #SLUSH2023 international conference took place in the center of Helsinki.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland, Olga Dibrova, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, urging them to support the Ukrainian economy, in particular, by establishing partnerships and joint projects with Ukrainian startups and opening joint ventures in Ukraine.

Special Envoy for the Reconstruction of Ukraine of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Antti Vänska, who took part in the event, supported this call and presented the plans of the Government of Finland to involve Finnish companies in reconstruction projects of Ukraine, as well as tools to encourage such cooperation.

The Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Heorhiy Dubinsky, addressed the participants of the event with a speech "Significant innovations and development in the field of cyber security", during which he presented innovative solutions and projects implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, in particular, in the field of defense with the aim of repelling russian aggression.
