On April 9, 2021, Ambassador of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland Olga Dibrova commented to the Finnish newspaper "Maaseudun Tulevaisuus" the situation around Russia's increase of military presence along the state border with Ukraine, escalation of the security situation in Donbass, as well as stressed Ukraine's commitment to the settlement of Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict by political and diplomatic means.
