Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova presented the state award - the Order of Princess Olga III degree - to the pearl of the Finnish and Ukrainian world of music, the world-class conductor Dalia Stasevska for her significant personal contribution to the development of interstate cooperation, strengthening Ukraine's international authority, popularizing its historical and cultural heritage.
A solemn ceremony with the participation of the Minister of Culture of Finland,
Sari Multala, was held at the end of the film-concert "Myrskyluodon Maija". The music by composer
Lauri Porra, written for the film, was performed by the
Vantaan Viihdeorkesteri orchestra under the direction of maestro Dalia Stasevska.

Dalia Stasevska is an outstanding Finnish conductor of Ukrainian origin, who daily reminds the world of the need to support Ukraine, organizes charity concerts for our country, volunteers and popularizes Ukrainian culture.
