together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka Haavisto, director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs Mika Aaltola, Director-General of the
Aluehallintovirasto Terttu Savolainen took part in the discussion dedicated to the Days of Northern Ostrobothnia 2022 with the report "Ukraine's role in the stabilization of European security";

held a meeting with the Minister of Science and Culture of Finland
Petri Honkonen, with whom they discussed Ukrainian-Finnish cooperation in the field of culture and agreed on further dialogue in this direction;

visited a school in Oulu and talked with Ukrainian children who study there, as they were forced to leave Ukraine due to
#russianaggression;

met with the head of the city council of Oulu Juha Hänninen, the head of the executive committee of the city,
Mirja Vehkaperä, the mayor of Oulu Päivi Laajala, with whom the development of Ukrainian-Finnish interregional cooperation, Finland's participation in the reconstruction of the affected cities of Ukraine, cooperation in the field of science and technology were discussed;
"Ukraine defends Europe, but it pays for it with the lives of thousands of people and intense pain in almost every Ukrainian family. Currently, there is simply no such thing as European security. We can build a new security architecture only if war criminals and murderers are punished," said Olga Dibrova during her speech.
