Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova met with Ukrainians who have found temporary protection in the Finnish city of Joensuu and the #NorthKarelia region, public activists from both Finnish citizens and the Ukrainian community, and Ukrainian students of educational institutions in the region
During the friendly meeting, the following were discussed:

the main challenges that Ukrainian citizens face in Finland and potential solutions;

continuing education in Ukrainian educational institutions online;

further cooperation in the humanitarian, cultural and educational dimension with the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland and Iceland;

how residents of North Karelia can help Ukraine.
Ambassador Olga Dibrova thanked public activists for their constant support of Ukrainians and Ukraine, conducting numerous humanitarian actions, launching initiatives such as creative workshops for children, which help Ukrainians to survive the pain caused by russian terrorists.
Touched by an extraordinary gift - during the meeting, talented Ukrainian women Anastasia Motkina and Tetyana Nemykina performed the Ukrainian folk songs "Oj u vyshnevomu sadu" and "Chornobryvtsi".
