Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova, employees of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Finland and Iceland, and their families joined the prayer service on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine in the Church of the Holy Trinity of the Helsinki Orthodox Parish of the Finnish Autonomous Orthodox Church of the Patriarchate of Constantinople.

Together with the clergy, they prayed for the victory of Ukraine and peace, for the Ukrainian people, who fight daily for the future of their children.

The church choir performed the spiritual hymn of our state "Prayer for Ukraine".

After the service, those present tasted borscht, cooked by church volunteers on the occasion of the holiday.

We thank the Finnish Autonomous Orthodox Church of the Patriarchate of Constantinople for its steadfast support of Ukraine and uncompromising condemnation of russian aggression!
