Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland and Iceland, Olga Dibrova, met with Mayor of Reykjavik, Einar Þorsteinsson

On the agenda of the meeting is a discussion of the possibilities of expanding cooperation between the city and our state. In particular, special attention was paid to the involvement of Reykjavik's experience in the field of thermal energy in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
As a symbol of solidarity and faith in our victory, the Ukrainian flag has been flown daily for almost 1,000 days near City Hall in Iceland’s capital.
Ambassador expressed gratitude for the unwavering support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression and for the assistance provided by the city to Ukrainians forced to flee the war.
