On 23rd October the seminar on the Ukrainian parliamentary elections was held at the Aleksanteri Institute, University of Helsinki.
In the seminar, Electing the Future - Parliamentary Elections in Ukraine, experts from both Ukraine and Finland discussed the political situation in Ukraine and shed light on the possible paths that the country could take depending on the outcome.
