The opening of the photo exhibition took place on June 11, 2022 with the participation of specially invited guests: the head of the parliamentary group of friendship with Ukraine, Peter Östman, who impressed the visitors with the performance of the Ukrainian song "Roar and Moan, the Dnipr is Wide", Henri Hirvenoy with the poem "Ode for Ukraine" and Alexi Klove with a composition "Variations of Kalina".

The photos tell about the terrible reality of Ukrainians, the pain of loss, the ruins and grief that the Russian war brought with it.

The exhibition also includes images of pre-invasion Ukraine to remind us how easily war can destroy peaceful life even in a European country in 2022.

The exhibition presents the works of Ukrainian photographers, as well as materials provided by the Ukrainian Association of Professional Photographers (UAPP) and the Ukraїner media project.

Visitors can visit the exhibition from 11.06 - 02.07.2022
