THE SERVICES OF THE STATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY

The portal's functionality allows you to find information about jobs by region (region, district, community), industry, salary, type of employment, etc. Currently, the Unified Employment Portal has 249 thousand job offers.

The greatest demand is observed for qualified workers, for example, in the following professions: seamstress, electrician for electrical equipment repair, plumber, electrician, track fitter, emergency repair mechanic, welder, electric and gas welder, auto mechanic, etc. There is also a need for doctors of various specializations (family doctor, general practitioner, paediatrician).

Information about SEA services can be obtained on the official SEA web portal. Registration of the unemployed with the SEA can take place:

• in person, when visiting an employment centre;
• through the single state web portal of electronic services "DIYA" and its mobile version;
• through the job seeker's electronic account on the SEA portal.

SEA clients can contact any convenient employment centre for visiting. SEA organizes vocational training for the unemployed at the request of the employer or for self-employment, entrepreneurial activity, ensuring current and prospective labour market needs, taking into account the wishes, professional needs of the unemployed and measures determined by the individual employment plan.

The SEA issues vouchers to maintain competitiveness in the labour market through:

• professional retraining;
• vocational training for obtaining a master's degree on the basis of a bachelor's or master's degree obtained in another specialty;
• training to obtain the higher level of degree;
• specialization and advanced training in professions and specialties.

Vouchers are issued using simplified technology and with the ability to submit an online application for a voucher on the official PES web portal at the link.

SEA promotes the organization of entrepreneurial activity within the framework of the Government Project "eWork" by providing financial support in the form of microgrants to individuals and business entities to create or develop their own business and grants for combatants, persons with disabilities as a result of war, and their family members to create or develop their own business.
