The embassy continues its work on finding partners in Finland for Ukrainian cities

Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Ольга Діброва held an online meeting, during which she introduced Volodymyr Borysenko, Mayor of Boryspil, and Ritva Viljanen, Mayor of Vantaan kaupunki - Vanda Stad - City of Vantaa.
#Boryspil and #Vantaa have a lot in common: the largest airports in their countries, proximity to the capitals, similar challenges and strengths. Such a foundation is necessary for further active and mutually beneficial cooperation at the regional level.
It was discussed during the meeting:

areas of future cooperation, such as education and infrastructure development, environmental protection;

peculiarities of life in airfields;

next steps for the development of cooperation;

the support that Vantaa provides and plans to provide to Ukraine.
