During the visit:

Ville Tavio had a meeting with the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko; strengthening of economic cooperation between Ukraine and Finland, increasing the presence of Finnish companies on the Ukrainian market were discussed.

Ville Tavio had a meeting with the Vice Prime Minister for Restoration — the Minister for Communities and Territories Development and Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov; the main areas of cooperation were discussed. Priority: energy, construction of shelters, communication and information technologies.

Ville Tavio met with Denise Brown, the UN Resident & Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine.

During the visit, it was announced that Finland will provide EUR 2.5 million in aid to support the UN Environment Program in Ukraine.
