On March 24, 2022, Ambassador of Ukraine in Finland Olga Dibrova met with Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade of Finland Ville Skinnari.

At the meeting Ambassador Olga Dibrova expressed gratitude to the Finnish Government and the people of Finland for the support of Ukraine during the war with the Russian Federation, as well as for the humanitarian aid provided to the Ukrainian people.

Ambassador of Ukraine also thanked the Finnish authorities, local municipalities, educational institutions and all indifferent people for providing shelter, assistance and a warm welcome to the Ukrainians, who were forced to leave Ukraine from the horrors inflicted by the Russian troops.

During the meeting, the issues of providing additional humanitarian aid to Ukraine, in particular food and medicines, as well as opportunities for cooperation in rebuilding Ukraine after the end of the war, were discussed.
