On April 7, 2021, Ambassador of Ukraine in Finland Olga Dibrova met with Director of the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE) Teija Tiilikainen.

The sides discussed possible directions for further development of cooperation between Ukraine and the Center. During the meeting, Olga Dibrova informed Teija Tiilikainen about the steps taken in Ukraine to develop an architecture for combating hybrid threats, in particular the establishment of the Center for Countering Disinformation and the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
