The main topics of discussion were:

• Iceland's firm support for Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration
• additional packages of humanitarian and financial assistance
• Iceland's readiness to join the post-war reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine, in particular in the energy sector

During the meeting, the Ambassador of Ukraine expressed deep gratitude for the systematic financial and humanitarian assistance that Iceland provides to Ukraine, as well as for creating all the necessary conditions for the reception of Ukrainian citizens who left Ukraine because of the war.

Separately, Olga Dibrova noted Iceland's active efforts to strengthen the unity of the international community in support of Ukraine and stressed the importance of further participation of the Icelandic side in international efforts to bring to justice all those involved in crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes.
