Accreditation for the events at the Central Election Commission is mandatory for all of the representatives of national and foreign mass media personnel, including technical staff.
The long-term accreditation of journalists and media employees within the CEC during preparation and conduct of the early parliamentary election along with the issuance of relevant individual accreditation cards requires a submission of properly drafted application. The aforementioned application should be sent to the CEC address (1, Lesia Ukrainka Sq., Kyiv-01196) and addressed to the CEC Chairperson.
National media accreditation request must be drafted on an editorial letterhead, signed by a media chief of staff (or other authorized person), certified by a seal and contain the following:

Passport copy and professional ID (editorial / press card) of a journalist, media employee nominated are to be enclosed to the request.

Satellite trucks and other TV channel vehicles may be located in the front yard of the Central Election Commission upon mandatory submission of a request with the relevant machinery listed. Deadline is the 10th of July 2019.
Note. Commission sessions, press conferences and briefings held by the Central Election Commission Chairperson, Deputy Chairman, Secretary and the Commission members take place at the press center of the Central Election Commission, 2nd floor or in the Commission conference room, 6th floor (1, Lesia Ukrainka Sq., Kyiv-01196)
Journalists and media professional are allowed to enter the CEC premises upon presentation of the accreditation cards and according to the lists, approved by the mass media department of the Commission Secretariat. The identity documents are also to be shown at the entrance.
In order to get into the Commission premises one should pass a check point at the central entrance (entrance from Lesia Ukrainka Sqare).
When passing a check point the security officer inspects functional qualities of voice recorders, video cameras and other necessary equipment.
The requirements of Article 14 of the Central Election Commission Regulations provide for the right to attend the Commission session by entering the conference room only before the session begins and during the break. Taking into account the time frame needed to follow the procedures above, we ask you to arrive in advance for passing a check point.
