On November 21, within the Day of the Ukrainian Film in Helsinki organized by the Association of Ukrainians in Finland with support of the Embassy of Ukraine in Finland and the Ukrainian State Film Agency the film screening was held in Korjaamo cinema hall.

The modern Ukrainian film ‘The Nest of the Turtledove’ (Ukraine, Italy, 2016) was presented by director Taras Tkachenko and starring actress Rymma Ziubina. The Ukrainian premier took place on November 10. 

The film ‘The Nest of the Turtledove’ was awarded as the Best Ukrainian film within this year's Odesa International Film Festival.

Q&A session with the film crew was held after the screening. The Ukrainians and the Finns felt familiarity and affinity of the issue, recalling similar stories.
