We have to be more active in the international arena to let our colleagues better understand real situation in Ukraine.

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said at the meeting with the Ukrainian community of Finland on Tuesday evening.

Tuesday was the first day of Groysman's visit to the Republic of Finland.

The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said that overcoming the Russian aggression in the east of Ukraine and holding domestic reforms in the country were the top-priority tasks for our state. "Our most important task is to consolidate the whole world," the Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said.

Groysman said that in Finland on Wednesday he planned to discuss intensification of bilateral cooperation and cooperation in the international arena. He also noted the importance of parliamentary element of the bilateral relations and said that the cooperation in the frames of international parliamentary organizations would facilitate the intensification of relations in other fields and enhancement of international support to Ukraine in the international arena.
