On 23 September, 2015 Ambassador Andrii Olefirov addressed members of the Swedish Club of Helsinki (Svenska Klubben i Helsingfors) with presentation «Ukraine, a country in Europe: past, present, future». The following discussion demonstrated great interest to Ukraine.

Swedish Club in Helsinki was founded in 1880 by young teachers and students from University of Helsinki. The initiator was professor of Swedish A.O. Freudenthal, who was elected as the club's first chairman.
