Was born on June 1, 1978 in the city of Berezhany, Ternopil region. 

In 2000, he graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, obtaining the qualification of a specialist in international economic relations.

Professional career:

2000-2002 - specialist of the first category, Attaché, Central and Eastern Europe Unit of the  Third Territorial Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

2002 - Third Secretary, Economic Cooperation Unit of the European Union Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

2002-2006 - Third Secretary, Embassy of Ukraine in the Hellenic Republic.

2006-2007 - Second Secretary, Trade, Economic and Sectoral Cooperation Unit of the European Union Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

2007-2010 — Chief Consultant, Deputy Head of the Unit  for International Parliamentary Organizations Relations of the Department for Interparliamentary Relations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2010—2015 — First Secretary, Counselor to the Economic Affairs Unit, Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.

2015 — First Deputy Director of the Department for International Cooperation of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2015 - 2016 — Director of the Department for International Cooperation and Protocol of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2016 - 2018 — Director of the Department for International Cooperation of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2018 - 2023 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Denmark.

Since April 7, 2025 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Finland.

Married, has two children.
